** Publication Day Push** A Chance in a Million- T A Williams

I’m thrilled to be participating in today’s publication day push for ‘A Chance in a Million.’

Fate brought them together, now it’s up to them to make it work…

Having left the army to recover from a traumatic experience, Captain Jane Reed is on her way to Venice to assist Lady Veronica Cooper, a world-famous writer who has lost her mojo.

Plagued by grief and sleepless nights, Jane soon finds a kindred spirit in Veronica, coping with her own loss after the death of her husband.
When the two relocate to Veronica’s villa in the countryside to escape the summer tourists, Jane meets the rest of the Cooper family – including Veronica’s brooding son, David.

With his own tragic past, David has resigned himself to a life of solitude. Jane finds herself determined to bring joy back into his life, even if it means finally spilling her secrets.

Can Jane and David help each other heal, and find love in the process, or are some scars too deep to treat?

Author Bio –

I’m a man. And a pretty old man as well. I did languages at university a long time ago and then lived and worked in France and Switzerland before going to Italy for seven years as a teacher of English. My Italian wife and I then came back to the UK with our little daughter (now long-
since grown up) where I ran a big English language school for many years.

We now live in a sleepy little village in Devonshire. I’ve been writing almost all my life but it was only seven years ago that I finally managed to find a publisher who liked my work enough to offer me my first contract.

The fact that I am now writing escapist romance is something I still find hard to explain. My early books were thrillers and historical novels. Maybe it’s because there are so many horrible things happening in the world today that I feel I need to do my best to provide something to cheer my readers up. My books provide escapism to some gorgeous locations, even if travel to them is currently difficult.

Review-

Any regular readers of my blog will know how much of a fan I am of T A Williams’ books, so I was really excited to read this latest offering, especially as it is partially set in Venice which is my favourite place in the world!

You know exactly what you’re going to get from a T A Williams book. Relatable characters, a real sense of place through enchanting descriptions of landscapes, food and wine and of course, an obligatory adorable Labrador!

A Chance in a Million certainly ticks all the boxes and is a great addition to the ‘Love from Italy’ series. Another perfect, escapist romance!

With thanks to the author, Rachel at Random Resources, Canelo and NetGalley for the opportunity to review an advance copy ahead of publication.

** Publication Day Push ** An Escape to Remember- T A Williams

I’m delighted to be participating in today’s publication day push for T A William’s latest offering, ‘An Escape to Remember’.

She needed a getaway. What she found was a home.

When Louise surprises her boyfriend by returning early from a work trip, safe to say she wasn’t expecting to see him in flagrante delicto with another woman. Heart-torn and vowing to stay away from men, when Louise’s next project involves restoring an ageing hotel in Italy, she leaps at the chance to get away.

Managed by a crew of sextagenarians, the Grand Hotel del Monferrato needs all the love and care Louise can give it. But it’s hard to stay focused on the job when her thoughts keep straying to Vito, the reclusive and mysterious neighbour.

With his tragic past and her no-romance policy, Louise knows they can’t have a future. Yet something keeps pulling the two together…

A beautiful romance set in the hills of Turin.

Easily one of my favourite authors, any book by T A Williams is guaranteed to transport you to its location, in this case, the hills just outside of Turin.

As always, the novel captures the Italian countryside perfectly, with the sights, sounds and delicious delicacies of the region exquisitely described and certainly enticing you to add it to your must-visit list!

Add in a touch of romance and the trademark Labrador with his infectious character and you have the perfect summer read!

In this tale, it’s central character Louise who is charmed by mysterious local Vito, although both are carrying baggage from previous relationships which threatens to prevent the undeniable spark between them from developing further.

With likeable characters and an entrancing location, it’s easy to fall under this book’s spell. Grab yourself a copy today!
